Made to Lift is a mom-led movement focused on building strength and fellowship through shared life. Who is Made to Lift for?Made to Lift is for mothers at any stage. Classes are prenatal and postpartum friendly, and all experience levels are welcome. Exercises will consist of bodyweight, dumbbells, and kettlebells and can be modified at each participant’s pace.
⸻Can I bring my kids?Yes. Kids of all ages are welcome. Parents are responsible for supervising their children during class.⸻Do I need to be “fit” to join?No. Classes are designed to be approachable and adaptable. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace and modify as needed.⸻What should I bring?Please bring water and a towel or yoga mat for yourself. Bring anything your child(ren) may need during class.⸻Where are classes held?Classes are held in New Braunfels, typically at Torrey Park. Any location changes will be communicated by text before class.⸻How do I sign up?First-time attendees should complete the waiver and select a preferred time slot. After that, weekly attendance will be confirmed by text.⸻Do I need to sign up every week?No. After your first class, you’ll receive a weekly text where you can simply reply YES or NO to attend.⸻What if I can’t make it one week?No problem. Just reply NO to the weekly text.
